Launching her practice in February, 2007, Hitchcock doesn’t rely on traditional therapy methods alone to help her clients. Instead, she incorporates spirituality into physical and mental healing, using her 13 years experience as a counsellor and coach in addition to decades of studying Buddhism and the likes of Wayne Dyer and Deepak Chopra.

“The work I have done under the guidance of Buddhist monks and other spiritual sages have allowed me to help people manage their stress and related issues in a profound and humbling way.” Hitchcock says. “I believe breaking the restrictions of traditional therapy by incorporating spiritual techniques helps my clients see better results by giving them hope and a new outlook on life.”

Through her past education, both spiritual and academic, Hitchcock has learned that it’s never too late to change our thoughts, belief systems and insights. Everything we learn can be unlearned and relearned to positively change the way we view life and live life.  She helps her clients understand and recognize where their stress, anxiety and fear is stemming from and then provides strategies, guidance and support to help them take back their life and manage the situations they are currently facing and will face in the future.
